Welcome to beluv (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a Christian dating application for adults. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the beluv mobile application (“App”) and related services. By creating an account or using beluv, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to use beluv. We require your date of birth at registration. If you are under 18, your account will not be created. By using beluv, you confirm you meet the legal age requirement in your country.

Beluv is designed to foster respectful, faith-aligned connections. You agree to treat other members with kindness and respect, avoid harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit content, and any behavior contrary to Christian values. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these standards.

You may upload photos, a personal bio, and other profile information. All photos are automatically reviewed by AI moderation tools to detect explicit or inappropriate content. You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant us a license to store, display, and transmit it for the operation of the App.

Chats are stored securely in our database (TLS-encrypted in transit, not end-to-end encrypted). Only you, your chat partner, and authorized moderators (currently the App owner) can access your conversations. Moderators may review reported conversations to ensure compliance with these Terms.

For your safety, beluv provides features within the App to report any user or content that violates these Terms. You can also block any user to prevent them from contacting you. Our moderation team will review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, issuing a warning, or terminating the user's account.

You may provide location access so the App can display your city or town name to other users and calculate approximate distances for matching. Your precise GPS location is never shared with other users.

You may delete your account at any time. We permanently remove your data from active systems within 30 days. Backups may exist for a short period before being overwritten. We may suspend or remove accounts for violating these Terms.

Beluv is currently free and without ads. We may introduce ads or optional paid subscriptions in the future. Payment terms will follow the policies of the app stores.

Beluv is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for user conduct inside or outside the App. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of beluv.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Spain.
